If you miss your start time we may not be able to accommodate you on a later tour. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN. If you know you will be late telephone us on 01433 620285 and we will do our best to move you to a later tour subject to availability. Again, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
Tour capacities are restricted. Any spare capacity will be made available for walk-ins 10 minutes before the tour start time.

Group Visits If your group is larger than 30 people please telephone 01433 620285 and we will arrange suitable time slots for your visit. Disabled Access Owing to the nature of the cavern, Peak Cavern may not be suitable for all disabled visitors. Please call or email for information before your visit to avoid disappointment. Facilities Pay and display car and coach parking is available with a discount scheme for Cavern visitors. Souvenirs are available to purchase at the end of the tour THERE ARE NO TOILET FACILITIES AT THE CAVERN. The nearest toilets are in the main village carpark next to the Castleton Visitor Centre.
